Our Choose Your Own Altar Oil Discovery Box lets you select eight of our handcrafted altar oils, each supplied in a smaller 7ml glass vial. Build a versatile collection around the magic you practise most, explore new blends, or simply choose the eight oils that call to you.

Each oil has been created around its own magical purpose, with a carefully chosen blend of oils and botanicals.

Use them individually for focused workings, pair them with candles, petitions and spell jars, or keep a selection on your altar ready for whatever your practice calls for.

With eight different blends to work with, you can build a wonderfully versatile little ritual apothecary covering areas such as protection, cleansing, abundance, love, peace, confidence, divination, new beginnings and more.

Choose oils for the intentions you return to most often, or use the box as an opportunity to experiment with blends you haven’t tried before.

The same oils, in a simpler format

These aren’t diluted samples or different formulations.

Each 7ml vial contains the same altar oil blend used in our full-size 30ml bottles.

The difference is in the presentation.

Discovery oils come in simple clear glass vials with a stopper and screw-on lid, without the charms, jute or decorative finishing included with our full-size bottles.

That keeps the cost down while still giving you a practical amount of each oil to actually work with.

How to use your Discovery Oils

Use a few drops to dress ritual candles, anoint petition papers, add to spell jars or charm bags, or incorporate them into your altar and intention-setting practices.

The smaller vials are ideal for building a broader working collection, particularly if your practice moves between different intentions throughout the year.

And when one becomes a firm favourite, you can always move up to the full 30ml bottle.

Packaging and presentation

Your Discovery Box contains eight 7ml clear glass vials of your choice, each fitted with a stopper and screw-on lid to help keep the contents securely sealed.

Discovery vials do not include charms or the decorative finishing found on our 30ml altar oils.

They’re packaged together as a simple, practical collection rooted in the Lancs Green Witch approach to magic: useful, accessible and made to be worked with.
